The centerpiece of New York City's Hudson Yards, Vessel was designed by Thomas Heatherwick and opened in March of 2019. It contains 154 interconnecting flights of stairs, almost 2,500 individual steps and 80 landings. It actually feels as if you are inside a drawing of M. C. Escher. The views are simply stunning.
