Each October I drive down to Cape May, the southernmost spot in the state of New Jersey, to relax and restore with a bunch of my colleagues. And each year this beach town is exactly the same. Bereft of its summer visitors, the town and its shoreline is delightfully vacant.
This year I was treated to the dramatic wake of an autumnal storm as it made its way out over the ocean. The clouds, the intermittent rays of sun, and the winds made for absolute beauty.
All images in this collection were taken with the Leica Q2.
