When it comes to New York City, there's Manhattan and the other boroughs. And then there's Brooklyn. Technically it's one of the five boroughs. But in reality it's a city unto itself. Some say it's another country. Of late the Brooklyn waterfront has become the hot spot in New York. Its view of lower Manhattan is unparalleled. Whether it's from the Promenade along Brooklyn Heights or down below at Brooklyn Bridge Park, the going is easy. And distinctly beautiful.
